Add products to your cart (quantities must meet each product’s MOQ — the minimum order quantity shown on the product page), then check out with Trade Assurance escrow or card payment. You can track every order from My Account → Orders.

MOQ is the Minimum Order Quantity a supplier accepts for a product. Bulk price tiers often lower the unit price as your quantity increases — the tier table on each product page shows exactly what you’ll pay.

Trade Assurance is our escrow protection: your payment is held securely and only released to the supplier after you confirm the goods arrived as described. If something goes wrong, open a dispute and our team will mediate.

Use the “Contact Supplier” button on any product page or storefront to start a chat, or post a Request for Quotation describing what you need — suppliers will send you quotes to compare.

Each product shows its shipping options for your selected “Ship to” country. Delivery to Pakistan is free; international orders ship at the rate shown at checkout.

Prices automatically display in your local currency based on the country you select in the header. Checkout charges in that same currency.

Open the “Sell on Artomall” page and create a supplier account with your company profile. Once an admin approves your account you can list products, answer RFQs and manage orders from the Seller Center.

Join as an affiliate, click “Promote” on any product, and share your tracked link. When someone buys through it within 30 days you earn the commission set by the seller. Earnings and payouts live in your Affiliate Center.

Suppliers and affiliates can request withdrawals from their dashboards once the balance passes the minimum payout. An admin processes requests from Artomall → Payouts.

If an order arrives damaged or not as described, do not confirm delivery — open a dispute from your order instead. Refunded or cancelled orders automatically release you from escrow and void any related commissions.
