Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to start selling?
Nothing. The Free plan lets you open your store and list up to 10 products at no monthly cost — the marketplace keeps a 10% commission only when you make a sale. Upgrade to Pro or Gold any time for a lower commission and more listings.
How do seller fees work?
Commission is automatic. When an order is paid, the marketplace keeps your plan's commission (10% Free, 7% Pro, 5% Gold) and credits the rest to your balance, which you can see in Seller Center.
Can I sell both retail and wholesale?
Yes. Every listing can have a single-piece retail price plus tiered wholesale prices and a minimum order quantity (MOQ). You can also quote on buyer sourcing requests (RFQs).
Can I sell to buyers outside Pakistan?
Yes. You can set prices for Pakistan in rupees and for other countries in dollars, either calculated from the exchange rate or set manually, plus your own shipping prices by country.
How do I get paid?
Your earnings are credited to your Seller Center balance after each paid order. From the Payouts page you can see your available balance and request a withdrawal.
What do affiliates do for my store?
Affiliates are promoters who share your products with their audience. You choose a commission per product or store-wide, and you only pay it when an affiliate actually brings you a sale.
