Shipping & Delivery

Last updated: 25 August 2026.

Goods on Artomall are dispatched by the supplier who sold them, not from a central Artomall warehouse. That means dispatch times vary by supplier, and an order containing items from two suppliers will arrive as two shipments.

Shipping rates

  • Within Pakistan – free. Domestic delivery is included in the price shown.
  • International – flat US$40 per order. One flat rate wherever you are, regardless of weight or order value.

The rate that applies to your order is confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch times

Each listing shows the supplier’s dispatch time – the working days they need to prepare and hand the order to a courier. Ready stock usually leaves within 1 to 3 working days. Made-to-order and custom pieces take longer, and the supplier will confirm the timeline before starting work.

Bulk orders sometimes need longer than the listed time if the quantity exceeds what the supplier holds. If that happens the supplier will message you with a revised date before dispatch.

Delivery estimates

  • Major cities in Pakistan – typically 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
  • Elsewhere in Pakistan – typically 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
  • International – typically 7 to 21 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

These are estimates from couriers, not guarantees. Public holidays, weather and customs inspections all add time.

Tracking your order

Once a supplier dispatches, the tracking number appears against the order in My Orders, and you can also use Track Order. If an order shows as dispatched but no tracking has appeared after 48 hours, message the supplier through the order.

Cash on delivery

Where a supplier offers cash on delivery, you pay the courier in cash when the order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready. The courier will normally allow you to check the parcel is intact, but not to open, test or try goods before paying. If the parcel is visibly damaged, you may refuse it – tell the supplier the same day so a replacement can be arranged.

Customs, duties and import taxes

International orders may attract customs duty, import tax or handling fees in the destination country. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the price or the shipping rate. They are charged by your country’s customs authority, not by Artomall or the supplier.

Jewellery containing precious metals or stones is subject to import restrictions in some countries. Please check your local rules before ordering. A parcel refused or abandoned at customs cannot usually be recovered, and refunds in that situation are at the supplier’s discretion.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. Once an order has been dispatched the address usually cannot be changed. Parcels returned to the supplier because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be re-sent at the buyer’s cost.

Lost or delayed shipments

If tracking has not moved for several days, or delivery is well past the estimate, message the supplier first – they hold the courier account and must raise the claim. If it is not resolved, email Contact@artomall.com with the order number and we will step in.

Damage in transit

Photograph the outer packaging before opening it if it looks damaged, then photograph the contents. Report damage to the supplier within 48 hours of delivery. See Returns & Refunds for what happens next.
