How to Buy

From first search to confirmed delivery — buying wholesale on Artomall in six steps.

1. Find your product. Search the catalog or browse categories. Use the filters for price, MOQ, supplier country, verified-only and ratings to narrow down.
2. Compare suppliers. Check bulk price tiers, MOQ, lead time and the supplier’s badges. Use the Compare tool to line up to 4 products side by side, or save favourites to your wishlist.
3. Talk before you buy (optional). Message the supplier with questions, or post a Request for Quotation and let suppliers come to you with offers.
4. Order. Add to cart in quantities meeting the MOQ. The cart enforces minimums per supplier and shows your total in your local currency.
5. Pay safely. Choose Trade Assurance (escrow — funds held until you confirm delivery) or pay by card. Never pay a supplier outside the platform.
6. Receive & confirm. Track the shipment from My Account. When the goods arrive as described, confirm delivery to release the payment — that also unlocks your chance to review the supplier.
