This policy explains what personal information Artomall collects when you visit artomall.com or use our app, why we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1Who we are
Artomall (“Artomall”, “we”, “us”) is an online retail and wholesale marketplace based in Pakistan. We connect buyers with verified suppliers, and let sellers, resellers and affiliates run their business on one platform. Artomall is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
2Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account: name, email, phone number, password and profile photo.
- Orders: delivery address, city, phone number and order notes.
- Payments: transaction IDs and payment screenshots you upload for JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfers.
- Sellers, resellers & affiliates: store and business details, verification documents and payout details (account name and number, and CNIC when a transfer needs it).
- Messages: chats with sellers and support, quotation requests, reviews and stories you submit.
Information collected automatically
- Device & usage: IP address, browser and device type, pages and products viewed, searches, and visit times.
- Approximate location: your country and city, worked out from your IP address.
- Cookies: to keep you signed in, remember your cart, wishlist and recently viewed items, and track affiliate links.
- From other users: when a reseller orders for a customer, the delivery details they enter.
3How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and switch between buyer, seller, reseller and affiliate dashboards.
- To process orders, arrange delivery, confirm cash-on-delivery orders, and handle returns and refunds.
- To verify payments, and pay sellers, resellers and affiliates their earnings.
- To review and approve suppliers, affiliates and resellers, and keep the marketplace safe from fraud and abuse.
- To reply to messages and provide support, including through WhatsApp and our chat assistant.
- To show prices in your currency, relevant products and recommendations.
- To send order updates, account emails (such as email confirmation and security codes) and, if you agree, offers and newsletters.
- To improve our website and app, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to run Artomall:
Sellers can see visitor numbers for their products by city and country. This is anonymous and never includes your name or contact details.
5Virtual Try-On photos
When you use Try-On, your photo or camera image is processed only inside your browser. It is not uploaded to Artomall, not stored on our servers and not shared with anyone. Closing the Try-On window removes it.
6Location & currency
We use your approximate location from your IP address to show prices in your currency, calculate delivery, and give sellers anonymous city and country visitor statistics. We do not track your precise location.
7Cookies & tracking
- Essential cookies keep you signed in, remember your cart and keep the site secure.
- Preference cookies remember your country, currency and recently viewed items.
- Analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel) help us understand how Artomall is used and show relevant ads on other platforms.
- Affiliate cookies record which link brought you, for 30 days, so the right affiliate is credited.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but some features, like staying signed in or keeping items in your cart, may stop working.
8Payments & payout data
Artomall does not collect or store card numbers. For advance payments we keep the transaction ID or screenshot you upload so the payment can be verified. Payout details are used only to send earnings and are visible only to you and authorised Artomall staff.
9Keeping your data safe
We use secure HTTPS connections, encrypted passwords, email confirmation for new accounts and extra security codes for admin accounts. Access to personal data is limited to people who need it. No online service is 100% secure, so keep your password private and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
10Your rights & choices
- Access and update: view and edit your profile, addresses and payout details from your dashboard.
- Copy of your data: ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete your account: ask us to close your account and delete your data, except what we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons or to settle open orders and balances.
- Marketing: unsubscribe from promotional emails or WhatsApp messages at any time.
We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed to complete orders, pay earnings, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
+Children, international users & changes
- Artomall is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.
- Artomall is operated from Pakistan and ships worldwide. If you use it from another country, your information is processed in Pakistan and by our service providers abroad.
- Links to WhatsApp, social media and other sites are covered by their own privacy policies.
- We may update this policy and will change the “Last updated” date above. For important changes we may also notify you by email or on the website.
