How do I place a wholesale order?
Open a product, choose a quantity at or above the supplier’s minimum order quantity (MOQ), and check out. Bulk-pricing tiers apply automatically as your quantity increases.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are shown in your local currency based on the country in the “Ship to” selector. Pakistan sees rupees; other countries see their own currency, converted automatically.
How do I track my order?
Visit the Track Order page and enter your order number and the email used at checkout, or open My Orders while signed in.
How do I contact a supplier?
Use the “Contact supplier” button on any product, or open Messages to chat. For help from our team, message Artomall Support in your inbox.
What is Trade Assurance?
An escrow that holds your payment until you confirm delivery, protecting you on every order placed through it.
How do I become a supplier or affiliate?
Use the “Sell on Artomall” or “Become an Affiliate” pages to apply. Once approved you get a dashboard to manage products or promotions.
