Artomall is a marketplace, not the seller
Artomall provides a platform on which independent suppliers list and sell goods — single items to individual customers and bulk quantities to trade buyers. Except where a listing states otherwise, we are not the seller, manufacturer, importer or distributor of the goods offered. Listing a product does not mean Artomall endorses, recommends or guarantees that product or that supplier.
Product information comes from suppliers
Descriptions, photographs, materials, weights, purity figures, stone details, measurements and prices are supplied by the seller. We do not independently test or verify every claim on every listing. If a detail matters to your purchase – the karat of the gold, whether stones are natural or laboratory-grown, the thickness of plating – ask the supplier through Messages and get the answer in writing before ordering.
What the Verified Supplier badge means
A Verified Supplier badge means the supplier submitted business documents and an Artomall administrator reviewed them. It is a check on who the business is, not a warranty of product quality, financial standing or delivery performance. Please still exercise your own commercial judgement, particularly on a first or large order.
Precious metals and gemstones
Jewellery is sold by weight, purity and stone specification, and small variations occur in handmade work. For high-value purchases we strongly recommend independent assay or gemmological testing on receipt. Artomall does not certify metal purity or stone origin and does not issue valuation certificates.
No investment or financial advice
Nothing on Artomall is investment, financial or tax advice. Precious metal prices move, and the resale value of a piece of jewellery may be significantly lower than the price paid. Do not treat a purchase on this marketplace as an investment product.
Prices and currency conversion
Prices are set by suppliers in Pakistani rupees. Where a converted price is shown in another currency it is indicative only. The amount actually charged, and the exchange rate applied, are determined by your bank or payment provider. Duties and import taxes on cross-border shipments are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in displayed prices.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and stock levels, prices and delivery estimates can change. Occasional errors happen; where a listing contains an obvious pricing or description error, the supplier may decline the order and refund it in full.
External links
The site may link to other websites, including couriers, payment providers and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artomall accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on information published on the marketplace by suppliers or other users, or from any transaction between a buyer and a supplier. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
