These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Artomall marketplace. Please review and adapt them to your business and local law.

Using the marketplace

By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully.

Orders & pricing

Prices, MOQs and lead times are set by suppliers and may change. An order is confirmed once payment is received. Currency conversions are estimates based on the rate in effect at checkout.

Suppliers

Suppliers are responsible for their listings, product quality, and fulfilment. Artomall is a marketplace and is not the seller of supplier goods.

Payments & Trade Assurance

Payments are processed by our payment providers. Trade Assurance funds are held in escrow and released per our protection terms.

Affiliates

Affiliate commissions are earned on qualifying sales and paid per the payout terms in your affiliate dashboard. Fraudulent activity forfeits commissions.

Liability

The marketplace is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Artomall is not liable for disputes between buyers and suppliers beyond the protections described in Trust & Safety.
