Our buyer-protection approach to returns and refunds.

Trade Assurance protection

For orders paid through Trade Assurance, funds are released to the supplier only after you confirm delivery. If your order does not arrive or does not match the description, open a dispute before confirming.

Requesting a return

Contact the supplier through Messages within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or replacement. Custom-made and final-sale items may not be returnable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
