About Artomall
Artomall is a jewellery and accessories marketplace built in Pakistan. Buy a single piece for yourself, or source in quantity at wholesale tier prices — one catalogue, one set of suppliers, both ways to buy.
What we do
Buying jewellery well has traditionally meant knowing the right people. A shopper has no easy way to tell a real workshop from a reseller with a borrowed photo, and a retailer in one city has no straightforward way to find a workshop in another, compare what three suppliers would charge for the same order, or buy with confidence from someone they have never met.
Artomall exists to close that gap. Suppliers open a storefront and list their catalogue with a retail price and, where they offer it, wholesale tiers for larger quantities. Customers browse, compare, ask questions and order a single piece. Trade buyers order at tier prices, or post a sourcing request and let suppliers come to them. Everything runs through one platform, so there is a record of what was agreed.
What we sell
Our catalogue is jewellery and accessories – bangles, bracelets, chains, earrings, necklaces, diamond pieces and kids neckwear – supplied by independent workshops and wholesalers. Most listings can be bought one at a time at the listed price. Where a supplier offers wholesale tiers, the price falls as the quantity rises, and any minimum order quantity is shown on the listing itself.
How it works for each side
Shoppers
Buy a single piece at the listed price from a supplier whose documents we have checked. Ask questions before you order, pay by card, bank transfer or cash on delivery, and send it back under our Returns policy if it is not right. Shipping is free within Pakistan and a flat US$40 elsewhere.
Trade buyers
Compare bulk pricing tiers across suppliers, post a Request for Quotation when you need a custom quantity or a bespoke piece, and negotiate directly in the message thread. The same payment methods and the same order record apply.
Suppliers
Open a storefront at no cost, list products with a retail price and optional wholesale tiers, answer sourcing requests, and reach both retail customers and trade buyers you would not otherwise meet. There is no listing fee – we take a commission only when you sell, 10% on the Free plan and less on Pro and Gold membership. Seller Center gives you orders, earnings, payouts and cash-on-delivery balances in one place.
Affiliates
Promote any product on the marketplace with a tracked link and earn the commission the supplier has set on every sale you refer within 30 days. No stock, no shipping, no capital.
How we try to make it trustworthy
- Verified Suppliers – businesses that have submitted documents which we have reviewed.
- Everything on the record – quotes, messages and order notes stay attached to the order, so a dispute can be decided on evidence.
- Cash on delivery – where a supplier offers it, buyers can pay only once the parcel is in their hands.
- Mediation – when buyer and supplier cannot agree, we review the record and step in.
We would rather describe this honestly than oversell it. Artomall is a young marketplace and we are still building. Our Trust and Safety page sets out plainly what each protection does and does not cover.
Where we are
Artomall is operated from Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Prices are set in Pakistani rupees, and buyers browsing from other countries see converted prices automatically.
