How to Return a Product

  • Log in to your Artomall Account.
  • You can get in touch with us at Return@artomall.com to begin a return. Please be aware that the following address is where returns must be sent: [Chakwal, Pakistan] [Postal Code = 48800]
  • When packing a return, make sure the goods is in its original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging from the time it was shipped to you. On the outside of the package, clearly write your order number and return tracking number.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Policy

  • We allow returns within 7 days of delivery, so you have that much time to ask for a return after you receive your goods.
  • Please use the Artomall website to submit a return request if your product is incomplete, erroneous, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  • Returning the item you have and making a fresh purchase for the desired item after the return is accepted is the quickest way to be sure you get what you want.
  • All return requests must be made within 7 Working days of the delivery date for all items.

Refund Policy

After receiving and reviewing your return, we’ll be in touch with you to let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. Within ten business days of your initial payment method being accepted, you will automatically receive your money back. Note that processing and posting of the refund by your credit card company or bank may also require some time.
